Fugatti Multimedia Co. - Work Agreement

Effective Date: Upon submission of the Project Intake Form

  1. Scope of Work. The project scope consists of (a) the approved estimate (if issued) and (b) all written details submitted in the Project Intake & Work Agreement form. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between Fugatti Multimedia Co. (“Contractor”) and the client (“Client”).

  2. Timeline. Timelines are approximate and depend on timely client responses, feedback, and delivery of required materials. Any delay in these items may result in an adjusted delivery schedule.

  3. Revisions. Unless otherwise stated, the project includes up to two (2) reasonable rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions will be billed separately upon client approval.

  4. Client Responsibilities. The Client agrees to provide accurate information, approvals, and assets necessary to complete the project. The Client is solely responsible for legal and regulatory compliance of content provided.

  5. Payments. Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files. All invoices are due NET 15. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

  6. Changes & Additional Work. Any request that adds to or alters the agreed-upon scope will be quoted separately. Work outside of scope will not begin until written approval is received.

  7. Ownership & Rights. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use final approved deliverables for their intended purpose. Working files (e.g., layered project files) remain the property of Fugatti Multimedia Co. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  8. Portfolio & Credits. Fugatti Multimedia Co. may showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing, or social media unless the Client opts out in this form. Small credit lines (e.g., in web footers) may be included unless otherwise requested.

  9. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

  10. Warranties & Liability. Fugatti Multimedia Co. warrants that all work is original or properly licensed. The contractor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability will not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the project.

  11. Termination. Either party may terminate the project in writing. If the Client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, and additional completed work may be billed proportionally.

  12. Independent Contractor. Fugatti Multimedia Co. is an independent contractor, not an employee or partner of the Client.

  13. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Porter County, Indiana.

  14. Entire Agreement. This Agreement, along with any approved estimate, represents the full understanding between both parties. Submission of this form by an authorized representative constitutes a digital signature and acceptance of these terms.
